Lean Forward is a programme of two half-day sessions that will demonstrate the overall approach that will help you apply the key concepts of Lean, specifically aimed at the public and voluntary sectors.
You will gain an insight into the Lean management philosophy, principles and methods as well as the way that Lean practices are aligned perfectly with the ethos of the public and voluntary sectors.
You will learn about the key tools and how they fit together in a culture designed to continually improve outcomes by achieving the highest standards for service users, at lowest cost, and shortest timescales. You’ll understand why Lean is fundamentally different and superior to other business models.
